You will define audience and channel mix, distinguish between awareness, nurture, and conversion programs, and own campaign workflow across the NA Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, you will mentor a junior campaign specialist and partner with multiple marketing lines to drive speed and impact

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on campaign strategy and execution.
• Strong knowledge of campaign workflows, marketing operations, and repeatable processes.
• Proven fluency with marketing automation platforms, campaign management tools, and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the campaign strategy expert for the North America Marketing team.
• Define objectives and briefs with stakeholders across Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, and Alternative Channels.
• Develop strategic campaign frameworks including nurture, segmentation, and client/broker journeys.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow from request to execution and approval.
• Manage external agency relationships to support campaign development.
• Maintain a forward-looking campaign calendar for visibility and prioritization.
• Track and report campaign performance with data-driven insights for future decisions.
• Establish consistent campaign processes, governance, and ways of working across the org.
