Job summary

Actionist Consulting is seeking an Associate Partner to lead end-to-end client engagements in the insurance sector. You will mentor Engagement Managers and Analysts, own complex multi-workstream projects, and drive growth of the insurance practice by leveraging executive relationships.

You will translate industry dynamics into actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders, shape proposals, and lead business development efforts, while building the firm’s thought leadership in insurance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 3–5 years at a tier-one strategy consulting firm at the Associate Partner level or equivalent.
• Deep insurance industry expertise, especially Property & Casualty; life & annuities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project delivery and mentorship across insurance engagements.
• Advise senior executives and Boards with Pragmatic recommendations.
• Grow client relationships and originate new engagements in insurance.
