Job summary

RRD is seeking a project manager to coordinate customer onboarding and campaigns for variable print, pre-media, or Sales across the project lifecycle. You will gather data, develop the project plan and SOW, and coordinate resources to implement campaigns.

The role requires Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows/Mac systems and specialized software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
• Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer on-boarding and campaigns for variable print/pre-media throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather data from customers, evaluate objectives, and create the project plan and SOW for legal approval.
• Analyze customer requirements and assemble resources to implement campaigns.
• Estimate time frames and resources required to complete a project.
• Design and implement workflows, maintain master schedule, and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure SLA compliance.
