Leidos is seeking a Sr. Control Account Manager (CAM) to support a high-impact, multi-agency program serving USSF/SSC, USAF, and other mission stakeholders.

The CAM will manage control accounts, mentor teammates, and oversee schedule, cost, and performance in a large SATCOM deployment project. The role emphasizes PKI expertise, Agile development, and Earned Value management, with responsibilities spanning ETCs, variance reporting, and program reviews to ensure financial discipline and successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 15 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting large‑scale software development and hardware integration programs.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• 2+ years of experience working within an Agile environment or program.
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to CAMs across the program to ensure consistent control account management.
• Manage the financial performance of assigned Control Accounts, including budget oversight and cost control.
• Serve as an active member of the PMO Scrum Team, supporting program execution within an Agile environment.
• Partner with Agile teams to ensure alignment with priorities, scope, and performance objectives.
• Ensure integration of Agile and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles across work efforts.
• Maintain accurate Estimates to Complete (ETCs) for all work within assigned control accounts.
• Prepare and deliver monthly Variance Reports for each control account during every accounting cycle.
• Participate in the program's monthly business rhythm, including financial, schedule, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate customer authorization for in-scope activities requiring formal approval.
• Respond to customer requests related to assigned control accounts in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary non-technical POC for customer matters related to assigned control accounts.
• Participate in technical discussions, meetings, and reviews to maintain awareness of scope, schedule, risk, and performance.
• Support staffing activities to ensure accounts are appropriately resourced.
• Manage procurement actions including equipment and material purchases.
• Ensure expenditures for labor, materials, and ODCs remain within funded budgets.
• Review Weekly Hours Reports to verify labor charging accuracy.
• Approve funding for subcontractors and review timecards as appropriate.
• Support responses to RFIs/RFPs/ROM requests related to program efforts.
