Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Control Account Manager (CAM) to lead and mentor CAMs on a multi-agency program serving USSF/SSC, USAF, and other stakeholders. You will drive performance visibility, integrate technical scope, schedule, and cost, and uphold CAM best practices in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes PKI/Agile expertise, with strong communication and collaboration skills to support program success and risk management. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 15 years of related experience.
• 5+ years in large-scale software development and hardware integration programs.
• 5+ years in technical project or program management.
• 2+ years working in an Agile environment.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Commitment to adopting best practices.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to CAMs across the program to ensure consistent and successful control account management.
• Manage the financial performance of assigned Control Accounts, including budget oversight and cost control.
• Support PMO Scrum Team and Agile program execution.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to align with priorities and performance objectives.
• Ensure integration of Agile and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles across work efforts.
• Maintain ETCs and prepare monthly Variance Reports for control accounts.
• Participate in monthly business rhythm reviews covering financial, schedule, and performance aspects.
• Coordinate customer authorization for in-scope activities requiring formal approval.
