Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires BA and 4–8 years of experience or Masters with 2–6 years of experience.
• Experience as CAM or EVM role.
• Knowledge of IMS, PMB, change management, work authorization, forecasting EACs, and corrective actions.
• Experience with ETC and EAC development.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication with executive leadership.
• Defense programs experience with US Army/Navy.

Responsibilities

• Define scope for Control Accounts (CA) and decompose tasks for the project team.
• Plan and execute hardware-centric work, defining CA tasks and required resources.
• Coordinate staffing with functional managers across CAs.
• Coordinate CA-focused program activities across multiple groups.
• Direct resources to perform CA work and manage budgets/schedules.
• Review labor, EVM data and perform variance analyses (SPI/CPI/TCPI).
• Enter monthly inputs in the Leidos EVM tool (LENS) and manage IMS status, BCRs, ETC, and VAR.
• Support proposal activities with schedule, cost, and resource inputs.
