Job summary

General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS) seeks an Engineering CAM for satellite programs in Englewood, CO. You will support project engineers with data analyses and forecasts to keep control accounts on cost and schedule.

The CAM interfaces across Engineering, Finance, and Scheduling, develops WBS and ETCs with SMEs, and leads IBRs and performance reporting. Travel up to 10% and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with 5+ years in EVMS/PM.
• EVMS experience highly desired; CAM certification within 6 months.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of WBS, cost estimates, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• The CAM interfaces between Engineering/Technical and Finance/Scheduling teams.
• Develop WBS, execution plans, timelines, and ETCs with SMEs.
• Represents the control account at IBRs and reports performance.
• Prepares variance analyses and corrective action narratives.
• Defines budgets and ensures linkage to SOW and CAP.
• Coordinates with PM, Product Team Leads, and IPT Leads.
