Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Control Account Manager to oversee budget, scope, and schedule for assigned control accounts within the Intel Sector-Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA).

The CAM will partner with Agile teams, manage EVMS processes, and provide accurate ETC estimates, reporting metrics to the Program Manager. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in program management, Agile environments, and strong communication skills to coordinate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience as Control Account Manager, TTO Lead, or equivalent managing budget and schedule.
• At least 3 years on large, complex software/hardware programs.
• At least 5 years in technical project or program management.
• Minimum two years in an Agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and with teams; proactive task planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, scope, and schedule for assigned Control Accounts.
• Participate as an Agile Team Member on the PMO Scrum team.
• Maintain Earned Value Management principles within teams.
• Maintain Estimate to Complete for CA work.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports or Variance Reports per accounting period.
• Collaborate with Business/Finance and customer for CA activities.
• Act as primary customer POC for CA activities and designate technical POC.
