Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training and soft skills training.
• Design and update training materials and e‑learning content.
• Conduct training needs assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide post‑training coaching and support.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations.
• Maintain accurate training records.
