Hard Rock International is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the cafe, leading asset management and ensuring brand standards while supporting the General Manager to maximize market potential.

The role focuses on achieving guest satisfaction, mentoring management staff, and executing financial and operational strategies in a hospitality setting. A strong leadership mindset and strategic development are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front line operations.
• Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate working financial comprehension in achieving the Cafe’s key performance metrics.
• Work with Sales to execute the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan and drive entrée growth.
• Mentor and coach to junior management staff on business financial goals.
• Collaborate with the Cafe General Manager to communicate operating direction and brand standards.
• Support staffing objectives by attracting and retaining top talent for the cafe.
