Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the cafe operations. You will support the General Manager in maintaining brand standards, driving financial performance, and leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with Sales on the cafe’sMarketing plan, develop staff through coaching, and ensure consistent execution of systems, processes, and guest service. A strong track record in hospitality leadership is required.
