Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is looking for a Drafter CAD Sr in Seattle to support the design of New Glenn, a reusable heavy-lift launch vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3-D CAD software and experience in aerospace design. They will revise and maintain engineering drawings, ensuring standards and accuracy in the design process.

This position requires a minimum of 7 years in drafting and design, along with a passion for space exploration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of recent experience designing aerospace or automotive parts.
• Hands-on experience with hardware on the production floor.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and revise drawings based on engineering change requests.
• Design and maintain product definition by preparing design layouts.
• Implement engineering standards to meet cost and performance requirements.
