Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to deliver compelling demonstrations and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions for engineer-to-order environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in solutions engineering within manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM software experience and knowledge of design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Experience in CAD/CAM tooling, libraries, and post-processors is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with Sales collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
