Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales success and demonstrate how CAD/CAM workflows deliver tangible outcomes for architectural millwork, cabinetry, and casework.

Applicants should have 3+ years in solutions engineering or related roles in manufacturing software, with hands-on CAD/CAM experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar roles in manufacturing software.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and related post-processors.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.
