Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration is seeking a Sr Principal Integration and Test Engineer (Lead) to guide a team of software integrators in C2BMC I&T. On-site in Colorado Springs, this role emphasizes planning, execution, and rapid problem solving.

You will collaborate with developers, testers, IA, and operations to ensure robust system integration and documentation, with opportunities to influence critical defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics from an accredited university.
• Active 8140 Government-Issued certification at IAT Level II or higher required at time of application.
• Active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance required to start.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments and strong software integration experience.
• C2BMC CONOPS knowledge and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software integrators supporting C2BMC I&T; plan and manage tasks.
• Ensure Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance and risk management.
• Install and configure Linux/Windows hardware across lab and operational environments.
• Develop installation scripts and automation for repeatable deployments.
• Lead software integration tests, analyze data, and prepare test reports.
• Coordinate IA directives, test events, and cross-site integration activities.
