Job summary

The role analyzes software, supports test events, and delivers data-driven insights to leadership; requires DoD secret clearance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of experience; or Master’s with 3 years; or 9 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Current DoD Secret security clearance required to start.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive data-driven conclusions.
• Ability to interpret system behavior from logs, metrics, and test artifacts.
• Effective oral and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and root-cause troubleshooting of C2BMC software in development, tests, and operations.
• Support scenario execution and analysis for test events and operational runs.
• Execute automated analysis tools and manual techniques to evaluate software and system performance.
• Interpret large data sets to characterize behavior and quantify performance against requirements.
• Develop clear analysis products and communicate findings to customers and leadership.
• Participate in technical reviews and data-driven decision-making.
