Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Analyst and Systems Integration SME for the C2BMC regional applications. You will lead integration, test, verification, and mission performance analysis, acting as a trusted technical authority across engineering teams, test ranges, Warfighter organizations, and DoD stakeholders.

You will translate complex system behavior into actionable findings to drive corrective actions and inform program decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 10+ years; or 16+ years alternative.
Active Secret security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
8+ years in systems integration, test, and analysis of complex defense-grade systems.
Strong written and oral communication; able to brief senior officials and peers.

Responsibilities

Serve as Systems Integrator and Analyst for C2BMC regional applications; perform root-cause analysis during integration, operations, test and training events.
Investigate, resolve, and verify Findings, TRs, and CRs with developers.
Conduct investigations of BMDS functionality in distributed and integrated test events; assess performance metrics.
Produce timelines, throughput, and latency analyses for real-world events and Warfighter exercises.
Develop and execute test verification plans; assess build health at completion.
Lead integration tasks for concurrent builds and provide demonstrations to internal/external customers.
Act as SME between engineering teams, DoD leaders, test ranges, and partners; facilitate technical reviews.
