Banesco USA is seeking a VP, Relationship Manager for our Commercial & Industrial unit in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The role focuses on business development, loan origination, and relationship management across commercial clients in South Florida.

The position requires seven years of Commercial Lending experience, strong credit analysis, and the ability to coordinate loan processes from underwriting to closing. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Lending.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across levels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow C&I loan business within Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
• Interview applicants, request information, and resolve questions about applications.
• Assess financial condition and risk for loan requests within credit appetite.
• Compile and present financing requests to management/Loan Committee for approval.
