Regions in Miami, Florida, seeks a Credit Products Commercial Portfolio Manager to independently lead the entire commercial credit process. You will work with relationship managers to structure financing and manage complex client relationships.

The role focuses on underwriting, documenting, and monitoring a high-value portfolio, ensuring compliance with AML, CRA/HMDA and Reg B standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to optimize lending solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in commercial underwriting.
• Subject Matter Expert level understanding of accounting and finance, financial statement and cash flow analysis.

Responsabilités

• Executes on the commercial loan origination strategy with prospects, clients, and centers of influence.
• Underwrites, structures, and documents complex client transactions above a designated threshold.
• Manages the portfolio by monitoring performance and defining client credit solutions.
• Ensures credit process metrics are within prescribed tolerances.
• Maintains accountability for risk evaluation and AML/CRA/HMDA/regulatory compliance for assigned portfolio.
• Reviews interim new money requests for relationships managed within defined limits.
