Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer to join a dynamic global team delivering and supporting the infrastructure powering our business growth. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a cloud native, enterprise environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Track record of delivering impactful features in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Drive efficiency: Identify and develop software solutions that improve operational efficiency and provide detailed visibility into performance metrics.
Innovate with AI: Develop AI-based automation to reduce errors, increase system availability, and accelerate operational velocity.
Build orchestration and automation: Enhance automation capabilities and develop orchestration tools to optimize system efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Design software: Design, develop, and test software with a focus on automation, scalability, and security, while mentoring other engineers.
Support operations: Provide high-level support for Puppet and Oracle operational workflows.
