Job summary

Seed Health, Inc. seeks a technical owner to oversee the ERP ecosystem, including NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL integrations, across a high-volume, multi-entity business.

You will architect, govern, and support ERP systems while enabling AI-native workflows for finance and operations. You will directly write SuiteScript, design integrations, enforce governance, and drive automation for reconciliation, billing, and data quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles
• 5+ years of NetSuite admin/dev in multi-entity env
• Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL & NetSuite APIs
• Experience with high-volume integrations & iPaaS
• DTC/omnichannel exposure
• AI-enabled development with LLMs/agents
• Strong governance, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define ERP solution roadmaps
• Own NetSuite architecture across DTC, Amazon, Retail
• Develop SuiteScript solutions and automation
• Lead end-to-end integrations (3PL, Ramp, EDI)
• Establish governance: deployments, sandbox, API limits
• Build AI-powered automations for reconciliation, billing
• Partner with Controller on close automation and revenue integrity
• Design user-friendly interfaces and self-serve dashboards
• Provide end-user training and technical documentation
• Manage projects, budget, and tool evaluation
• Serve as escalation point for system incidents
