Job summary

SONIFI is seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Lead to identify, build, and scale practical automation across the business. You will work with business leaders, process owners, and technology teams to move solutions from discovery through production deployment and adoption.

This role requires designing, building, and deploying automated workflows across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams, with emphasis on reliability, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workflow automation in business environments.
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted or LLM-enabled workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; SQL and data transformation knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and version control (Git).
• Production experience with automation/integration platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make); familiarity with LLM-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows, quantify manual effort and bottlenecks, and define desired business outcomes for automation or AI initiatives.
• Design, build, test, and deploy production-ready automation and AI solutions using APIs, scripting, low-code platforms, and LLM-enabled workflows.
• Integrate solutions across Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and other apps; ensure reliability, security, and governance.
• Establish testing, QA, monitoring, logging, access controls, and rollback procedures for deployed solutions.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and ownership, with measurable KPIs.
