Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes, elicit requirements, and translate them into actionable IT specifications. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to design scalable solutions, lead testing efforts, and support deployment and training.

The role involves documenting requirements, creating use cases, and maintaining stakeholder communications to ensure projects meet business goals and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field required.
• 2+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• 1+ years analyzing and documenting processes and requirements.
• 1+ years with SDLC, PM methodologies, and testing/QA processes.
• CBAP/CCBA or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvements and automation.
• Elicit, document, validate requirements via interviews, workshops, surveys.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs and BPMN diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT to design scalable IT solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
• Develop test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Provide deployment support, data migration, and user training.
• Create user documentation and train end-users; maintain project docs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report progress to management.
