Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc is hiring a Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage real stakeholder needs. You will document requirements, analyze business processes, and act as a conduit between customers and development teams.

The role requires collaboration with senior management, end users, testers, and developers, and involves creating BRDs, Use Cases, and UML diagrams with traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting Use Cases and teaching others the fundamentals.
• Experience with requirements management tools and traceability.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely according to templates.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and requirements engineering.

Responsibilities

• Document business cases and ROI analysis with PMO.
• Elicit and document requirements using interviews, workshops, and analyses.
• Produce Functional Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and UML diagrams.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through QA testing.
• Decompose high-level needs into functional requirements for testers and developers.
