Staffing Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication and process improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with business teams, project managers, product teams and technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions. You will collaborate with project teams across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals,

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process flows, business documentation, reports and user guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, Product Owners, developers, QA teams and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement workshops, project planning meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
