Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a Business Analyst in the United States (New Jersey) to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions, supporting transformation initiatives.

You will facilitate workshops, develop BRDs and user stories, and collaborate with IT and business leaders to deliver value. A strong background in analytics, documentation, and change management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business cases.
• Partner with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders to deliver solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Analyze business data and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Prepare executive presentations and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and change management.
