Job summary

Coverys in the United States (New Hampshire) is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead analysis of complex problems and translate them into automated solutions. You will partner with business, IT, data teams and project managers to define software requirements, perform impact analysis and validate delivery.

You will oversee requirements gathering, document functional specs, support UAT, and ensure traceability from inception to deployment while mentoring teammates and guiding multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience.
Insurance industry experience required.
Strong analysis, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business and system requirements with detailed analysis.
Communicate downstream changes to affected systems and teams.
Lead stakeholder alignment across business and IT.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
Define functional and technical specifications for systems.
Support UAT and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
Assist with user training and post-implementation support.
