You bring 5+ years of related experience (or 7+ without a degree) and a strong track record translating business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; 5+ years of related field, or 7+ years with no degree.
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions.
- Knowledge of Genesys application; healthcare/health insurance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and document business requirements and functional specifications for complex systems.
- Coordinate IT resources to resolve production issues and software upgrades; manage testing activities.
- Lead testing strategy, validate results, and ensure alignment with business needs.
