Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
- Bonus points: Genesys experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced system analysis and regular evaluation of business implications of technology.
- Coordinate ongoing user support and service requests with IT.
- Ensure efficient reporting and data tooling for business area use and trend analysis.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with IT on technical design and implementation.
- Lead testing strategy and oversee large, complex projects from intake to post-implementation review.
