BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications. The role involves technical support, system optimization, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with IT and clinical teams.

You will lead enhancements, coordinate releases, provide training, and participate in audits to uphold SOX/HIPAA standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in Home Health with hands-on HCHB EMR experience.
• Knowledge of Home Health regulations and workflows.
• Ability to assess risks and downstream impacts of system changes.
• Proven project leadership and timely task delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Act as SME on HCHB and clinical systems, focusing on workflow optimization and documentation improvements.
• Provide technical support to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Implement system changes and enhancements, including release management and form updates.
• Manage HCHB/Pointcare incidents via ServiceNow; escalate to vendors when needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to assess impact on service desk tickets.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support projects involving implementation or expansion of clinical applications.
• Provide training and education on HCHB functionality.
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA and other regulations.
• Support integration between software systems for seamless data flow.
