• Understanding of Home Health regulations and operational workflows.

• Ability to assess risks and downstream impacts of system changes.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on HCHB and clinical systems; optimize workflow.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintain system integrity.
• Implement system changes including release management and form updates.
• Manage HCHB/Pointcare incidents via ServiceNow; coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with IT to assess impact on service desk ticket volume.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and vendors.
• Support projects involving clinical applications implementation/expansion.
• Provide training on HCHB functionality.
• Participate in audits to ensure SOX/HIPAA compliance.
• Support integration between software systems.
