Senior Business Analyst - Program Applications (Homecare Homebase Focus)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Job Type: 6-month Contract to Hire

About the Role

This Senior Business Analyst (BA) will take on a broader leadership role within the Program Applications team, serving as both a systems expert and a strategic partner. The position requires hands-on EMR support and configuration, with an emphasis on Homecare Homebase (HCHB), while also guiding and mentoring others on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clinical/program stakeholders and IS, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational needs.
• Support and configure EMR systems with a focus on Homecare Homebase, understanding its workflows, integration points, and clinical applications.
• Take a leadership role in planning, monitoring, and delivering strategic projects.
