This role is responsible for providing technical support, optimization of systems, processes, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on HCHB and other clinical systems, focusing on workflow optimization and documentation improvements.

• Implement system changes and enhancements, including release management, clinical form updates, workflow adjustments, service codes, table setups, and integrations.
• Manage and resolve HCHB/Pointcare incidents and service requests via ServiceNow; elevate issues to vendors when necessary and monitor resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams to assess the impact of system changes on service desk ticket volume.
• Foster positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support projects involving the implementation or expansion of clinical applications.
• Provide training and education on HCHB functionality and related systems.
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance with SOX, HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Support integration between software systems for seamless data flow.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in the Home Health industry, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting/implementing the HomeCare Homebase EMR system.
• Understanding of Home Health regulations and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to assess risks and downstream impacts of system changes.
• Proven ability to lead/manage projects or consistently complete assigned tasks within established timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
