CHG Healthcare seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive product evolution by deeply understanding business needs, delivering comprehensive requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate complex requirements into precise specifications, create test plans, mentor analysts, and collaborate closely with Product Management to align strategy with market demands. This role offers hybrid work options in a growth-driven company.

Responsabilités

• Lead collaboration with product management, users, stakeholders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to identify and define complex requirements.
• Translate complex requirements into precise functional and non-functional specifications for the product team.
• Create and maintain artifacts such as user stories, process flow diagrams, and test plans.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and reviews with product management, users, and the product team.
• Evaluate risks and impacts of changes on systems, integrations, processes, users, UI/UX, and architecture.
• Assist with development of the test plan to ensure product meets business requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis of data/process issues and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of learning.
• Partner with Product Manager to ensure alignment of strategy and market demands.
