The Senior BA will bridge clinical/program stakeholders with IS, lead strategic projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, compliance, clinical, and operations to deliver impactful

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, MIS, or related field.
Minimum 6 years' experience as a BA with progressive responsibilities.
5+ years' healthcare/clinical experience required; EMR configuration expertise essential.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between clinical/program stakeholders and IS, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational needs.
Support and configure EMR systems with a focus on Homecare Homebase, understanding its workflows, integration points, and clinical applications.
Take a leadership role in planning, monitoring, and delivering strategic projects.
Mentor junior analysts and provide direction on business analysis best practices.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, compliance, clinical, and operational teams.
Lead vendor evaluations, RFP development, and solution selection processes.
Drive change management efforts and present organizational impacts to leadership.
