Job summary

Bevi seeks a Business Systems Analyst to partner with Logistics, product and operations, improving enterprise software processes. You will own the functional roadmap, author requirements and diagrams, and drive end-to-end system changes including QA, UAT, and integrations.

Strong communication and SQL skills are essential for guiding ERP/CRM customizations and AI-enabled delivery improvements. You will work with Netsuite-like ERP modules, Salesforce, Zendesk, and e-commerce integrations,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or similar role analyzing business problems with both users and technical staff.
• Strong process analysis, documentation, and organizational change management skills.
• Ability to break down complex problems into incremental deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with B2B CRM data architecture and relational databases; SQL experience helpful.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP or Warehouse/Inventory modules and ERP customizations.
• Experience with agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira usage.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with cross-functional partner departments and manage priorities for the technology roadmap.
• Guide system changes end-to-end through the software development life cycle and document designs.
• Create requirements, process diagrams, and QA/test plans; conduct UAT with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with domain experts to implement solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Configure systems and support integrations; explore AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and 3PL warehouses.
