Job summary

viaPhoton is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to bridge business teams and our ERP system. You will gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, analyze processes, and drive migrations and integrations to enable accurate reporting.

Your background includes a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in ERP/BA roles, and experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite. Onsite in Naperville, IL with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a business/IT field.
3+ years as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant with implementation experience.
Familiarity with ERP concepts and experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or NetSuite.
Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
BA/ERP certifications (CBAP/CCBA) or ERP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Configure and customize ERP systems to align with business needs and best practices.
Analyze existing processes and identify automation and improvement opportunities.
Partner with data stakeholders on clean migrations and accurate system integrations.
Develop data models, mappings, and transformations to support migration, integration, and reporting.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
