Veeva Systems seeks a Finance IT Business Systems Analyst to drive improvements in processes and technologies supporting Finance and Accounting. You will work with the internal Finance team to gather requirements, design, develop, manage, and implement changes to financial systems landscape, serving as SME for ERP and Revenue Management integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, IS, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of consulting or business analysis in NetSuite ERP/Financial Systems and Revenue Accounting.
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Coaching and mentoring of team members.
• Knowledge of SOX audits and controls.

Responsibilities

• Capture business context and define objectives and business cases.
• Develop detailed requirements mapped to the business vision.
• Diagram workflows through discovery sessions.
• Lead full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Research and resolve high-priority system issues.
