The role focuses on supporting the ERP/financial platform, CRM systems, and related sub-systems, with occasional travel to additional U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for ERP/CRM/reporting tools and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Manage user accounts, access, security, and documentation.
• Create, analyze, and interpret data and reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Consult with internal customers to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Evaluate impact of system changes on upstream and downstream processes and data flows.
• Coordinate with IT and external support partners as needed.
• Assist with user training and development of training materials.
• Support functional testing for new implementations and upgrades.
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying improvement opportunities and taking ownership.
