Prestige Staffing is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support our ERP footprint and future upgrades across manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors. You will align ERP functionality with business requirements and lead requirements gatherings with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, and use of best practices during software enhancements andCOTS implementations, with growth opportunities within MIS Development.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in CS/IS or related field.
2–5 years supporting ERP and business applications.
Experience streamlining processes and collaborating across multi-team environments.
ERP upgrade/migration/conversion project participation.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering for Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
Analyze ERP steps and end-to-end flows to optimize business processes.
Document processes clearly for users, managers, and executives.
Assist with ERP deployments and vendor interactions as needed.
Create training materials and serve as ERP application champion.
