Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP business process analysis in manufacturing environments.
• Experience writing clear ERP requirements for internal and vendor-led development.
• Ability to challenge requests and defend recommendations with rationale.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems like Visibility ERP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain best practice ERP usage standards.
• Translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements and prioritize change requests.
• Own intake of ERP changes and critical incidents.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation; validate changes with vendors.
• Lead requirements validation sessions with business stakeholders.
• Communicate changes and governance impacts to stakeholders.
