Job summary

INW Nutrition & Wellness is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to serve as a liaison between business teams and Technology. You will ensure ERP, LIMS, QMS, and other enterprise applications are aligned with processes and continuously improved.

You’ll work with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and divisional teams to map current workflows, capture requirements, support upgrades and implementations, and drive user adoption across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in documenting current-state processes and requirements.
• Ability to translate needs into clear functional requirements.
• Strong communication and facilitation across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes, requirements, pain points, and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for ERP and other apps.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, issue tracking, and go-live.
• Maintain application documentation, process maps, and support procedures.
• Support roadmaps and risk remediation with enterprise applications.
