Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of working experience in an IT environment as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and end-user support.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple domains.
• Break down requirements into backlog items for developers.
• Maintain business process documentation for traceability.
• Ensure documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
• Collaborate with analysts and scrum teams for consistency.
• Provide functional design specifications for new development and enhancements.
• Work with designers to satisfy business requirements and design standards.
• Develop acceptance criteria and facilitate user acceptance testing.
