You will work within an Agile environment, crafting detailed specifications, ensuring traceability, and mentoring junior analysts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, end-user support, and a deep understanding of OD technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in an Information Technology environment as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient with system/application design and end user support.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team player.
• Ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and recommend improvements and/or solutions.
• Develop requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple domains.
• Create functional design specifications for development and major enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers to create interfaces that satisfy business requirements.
• Participate in Agile scrums and contribute to backlog refinement.
• Provide guidance to less experienced Business Analysts and mentor teammates.
• Verify production changes and coordinate with affected business units.
