Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze existing systems and business processes, translate requirements into design, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. The role supports agile practices, defines acceptance criteria, and drives SDLC compliance across OD technology projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with SAP, Workday and interface integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing systems and processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and deliverables.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA for successful implementations.
Develop functional specs, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
Support agile ceremonies and stakeholder demos, and coordinate defects.
Mentor junior analysts and ensure SDLC compliance.
