We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to focus on data access control and policy management. This position will be full-time and remote with 6–12-month contract to possible hire.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders/Permanent Residents will be considered for this role.
What You’ll Do
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to data access control and policies
Conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements
Break down high-level needs into specific statements
Create comprehensive documentation and refine requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Ensure requirements traceability and validate implemented solutions
What You'll Need
Required:
5-7+ years of experience with business analysis
Must have senior-level experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience designing policies for data masking, row-level security, and user access enforcement
Ability to design attribute-based access control and de-identification logic
Experience interfacing with business areas and designing business solutions
Experience with database security
Great documentation skills
Self-starter
Excellent communication
Preferred:
Experience with tools such as SecuPi, Protegrity, or Immuta
Healthcare industry experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
