What You Will Be Doing:

Provide first level/Tier 1 support for the Agility Tools team . Knowledge of Planview E1/Portfolios with following tasks to be performed in Planview. Add / Remove / Modify Planview Users and Resources. User Role understanding. Primary / Alternate Structure Understanding and Impacts. Work / Resources and Financial Planning Management 101. Ticket Support and Handling (SLAs and Escalation). Basic knowledge as well as familiarity of JIRA.



Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
  
• Jira Admin experience is a huge plus
  
• Someone who can leverage Jira and Planview experience
  
• Experience with enterprise level organizations, agile is a plus.
  
• Finance experience is not required
  
• They will be managing apps, working with Planview
  
• They will be helping with onboarding, making sure user accounts are set up correctly. It might seem basic but that’s the nature of the work.
  
• They are also looking to revamp documentation, so experience with technical writing / business requirements would good.
  
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint in performing analysis and communicating results, including Excel Pivot tables, charts & graphs, dashboards, etc.
