Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and propose proactive solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with revenue > $5M; support credit deals up to $15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions aligned to client needs and profitability.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls to build long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with branches, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
