Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of large clients with revenues over $5 million.

You will deepen deposits, cash management, and credit solutions while delivering high-touch financial advisory and risk-aware service. You will cultivate long-term relationships, collaborate with branch, wealth management, and private bank teams, and drive referrals to grow primary banking share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate clients’ issues and follow through with commitments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills at all levels; influence and leverage technology for client interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposit, cash management and credit solutions up to ~$15M.
• Deliver comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify and promote solutions balancing client needs and firm risk; leverage network and referrals to expand relationships.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence at client sites.
• Understand owners’ personal financial goals; coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for suitable personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services; follow up post-opening for additional solutions.
