• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and risk-aware.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with revenue >$5M.
• Provide deposit and cash management solutions and support large credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and high-touch client experience.
• Cultivate long-term primary banking relationships through in-person/virtual calls.
• Coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to deliver personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end service.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
